Sweet Sensi’s mission is to put decades of knowledge and experience in growing hemp to use by producing high quality CBD products you can trust. Our CBD comes from our grown-in-house hemp and we never add chemicals or solvents. We proudly grow and press our hemp in Austin, Texas.
As consumers ourselves, we believe it’s important to know what is going in and on our bodies. That’s why we never cut corners or take short cuts with our growing process, extraction method, and the ingredients we use in our products. Our transparency is a key element of who we are as an artisanal full spectrum CBD company.
Sweet Sensi uses compostable, reusable, or recyclable materials for our packaging.

Job Description: We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals who want to learn to create our high quality, delicious products with our manufacturing team in our state-of-the-art facility, creating excited customers by getting their orders out quickly while maintaining high quality standards in all that you do!

The Overview:
- Clean and sanitize cookware and utensils
- Clean and sanitize workstations
- Assist in the preparation of CBD products
- Follow all food health and safety requirements
- Assist with proper storage of material and products
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Physical ability to stand for the entire shift and lift 50+ pounds
- Willingness to work weekends and nights
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fulfill orders on a daily basis and prepare for shipment (Wholesale, Ecommerce, Farmers)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Available to enjoy occasional taco lunches
Job Description: In this position you will work directly with the customers providing them information about our company’s history, processes and mission. Helping customers find the right product for their needs. You will be working at our retail location downtown Austin and/or any large events in the Austin area.
Other Responsibilities: Opening/closing procedures including keeping the cleanliness of the location, locking up and setting alarms.
Must be 18+ years of age, have adequate transportation, mobile phone and are punctual, responsible and friendly.
This is an hourly paid position. Training is provided.
Job Description: In this position you will be working directly with our retail partners and distributors to help promote our products at their locations by providing information about our company’s history, processes and mission. You will be utilizing phone calls, emails and in person visits to keep a professional working relationship.
Opportunities to travel to other cities and/or states may become available.
You must be 18+ years of age, have adequate transportation, mobile phone and are responsible, punctual and friendly.
This is a commission based position with opportunity for management. Training is provided.
Job Description: In this position you will be working directly with customers visiting our booth at different events and/or markets in the Austin area. You will be providing customers with information about our company’s history, processes and mission. Helping customers find the right product for their needs.
Responsibilities: Finding events and applying, scheduling staff for events including working events yourself. Loading materials from storage, traveling to event, set up of the booth, working the event, take down and delivery of the materials back to storage.
You must be 18+ years of age, have an adequate vehicle large enough to hold materials, typically a large sedan, SUV, van or truck is capable.
You must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
Must be responsible, punctual and friendly.
This is an hourly paid position. Training is provided.
Job Description: In this position you will be responsible for taking photographs and/or video content at both locations including our facility in Lakeway and our storefront downtown Austin.
Types of photos/video include, product, processes, staff and event photos/videos.
